Neal Cabage, Founder & Managing Director
After finishing graduate studies in media & music technology at NYU and undergrad studies in psychology at UW, Neal found his groove in technology. Since then Neal has developed enterprise software and provided technology leadership for major brands such as AIG, Disney, and Macys.com, but has also been involved in several startups along the way. His primary interests are Lean methodology, analytics, and insight-driven site optimization.
Sonya Zhang, Phd, Director of Strategy
With a PhD in Information Systems and Technology at CGU, a Master degree in Computer Science, a MBA, and seven years of working experience as a software engineer, Sonya sees both sides of story and develops expertise in combining business with information technology. Her primary interests are technology strategy, social learning, and web intelligence.
Ben Hafer, Director of Operations
As a veteran of the US Navy and holding a BS in Computer Science, Ben has 19 years of experience in information technology. He has worked across many industries including financial, telecommunications, and government; providing leadership, managing outsourcing initiatives, managing projects, and architecting innovative solutions. As a goal-oriented technology leader, Ben brings a proven track record as an engineering expert.
