After completing undegrad at Univ of Washington and graduate studies at NYU, Neal began a career as an Internet technologist. Neal's career began by leading teams in the development of interactive media & enterprise-class software, and eventually led to creating and selling two startups. Today Neal runs Enlogica, a boutique consultancy, where he provides technology leadership for clients. During his free time, Neal writes about topics such as analytics-driven optimization of user experience and conversions.
Sonya Zhang, Phd, Director of Strategy
With a PhD in Information Systems and Technology at CGU, a Master degree in Computer Science, a MBA, and seven years of working experience as a software engineer, Sonya sees both sides of story and develops expertise in combining business with information technology. Her primary interests are technology strategy, social learning, and web intelligence.

As a veteran of the US Navy and holding a BS in Computer Science, Ben has 19 years of experience in information technology. He has worked across many industries including financial, telecommunications, and government; providing leadership, managing outsourcing initiatives, managing projects, and architecting innovative solutions. As a goal-oriented technology leader, Ben brings a proven track record as an engineering expert.
